I have an address - but why can't I return coordinates for it?

There are a couple of reasons why coordinates aren't supplied for some addresses. If the address is a PO Box, it does not have coordinates because a PO Box has no physical location. Secondly, the address may be new and therefore may not be included in the dataset. If the address you're using is neither a PO Box nor new, please contact us so we can investigate.

What can I use the geographic services for?

Why have I got an address but no coordinates for it?

There are a couple of reasons why we cannot return coordinates for an address. Firstly if it is a PO Box they do not have coordinates as they have no physical location. If the address is neither a PO Box or new then please contact us and we will investigate for you.
