How to set up a child account

As a reseller partner you can earn rewards by introducing new clients who create an account with PCA Predict. These new ‘child accounts’ must be linked to your existing reseller account; here are two ways you can set up or add child accounts to your reseller account:

  1. Enable your clients to sign up online themselves
  2. Create child accounts via your PCA Predict account dashboard

Enabling clients to sign up for a PCA Predict account themselves:

Every PCA Predict reseller has a unique URL to share with clients who wish to sign up for a PCA Predict account.

  • Login in to your PCA Predict reseller account dashboard
  • Navigate to the ’Reseller’ tab and click on the ‘Child accounts’ sub menu.
  • You will find a URL that looks like this (where ‘YOURACCOUNTCODE’ is your own unique code): https://www.pcapredict.com/partners/YOURACCOUNTCODE
  • Copy the URL & share accordingly - you might like to add a link from your website or send the URL to clients who want to take a trial.
  • Clients who visit this URL will be directed straight to the PCA Predict registration form; once they complete the form, their new account will automatically be linked to your reseller account and will appear in your list of child accounts.

Creating new child accounts via your reseller account dashboard:

  • Login in to your PCA Predict reseller account dashboard
  • Navigate to the ‘Reseller’ tab to view ‘Child Accounts’
  • Click on the ‘New Account’ button
  • Choose whether the account will be managed by the customer or yourself (you may prefer to ‘whitelabel’ our service within your own product or application).
  • Complete the client details and create a password for the account.
  • When you have completed all the steps on screen, a message will appear notifying you that the creation of a new child account has been successful. Details of the new account can be found in your list of child accounts.
